In my 20 years of working experience I have gained experience that includes finance, project management, systems development and implementation, process development, process documentation, improvement and management of operational structures, regional and national management, marketing and sales and knowledge management.
A key focus and interest in building people and sharing knowledge led me into the fields of knowledge management and knowledge strategy. A key driving factor is the strong belief that there isn’t a question that cannot be asked; if there is a question, there is a need for clarity and personal development, no matter how trivial.
